If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.


Initiating a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
    Click here to access the portal.
  2. Follow the steps
    Complete your return using the guided instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely
    Use the original packaging where possible and attach the provided return label.
  4. Ship your return
    Drop off your parcel at the designated drop-off point shown in the portal.
    Please ensure your return is scanned and keep your receipt for reference.

⚠️ Important:
Each order must be returned separately. Combining multiple orders in one return is not possible.


Processing Times

  • Returns are typically processed within 3–6 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
  • Returns involving damaged or faulty items may take up to 10 business days.


Refunds

Once your return has been approved:

You will receive a confirmation email

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Check your original payment date
  • Contact us if the issue persists — we’re happy to help


Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or damaged:

  • Please report this within the warranty period

  • Email us at hello@headfirsthelmets.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product

We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible with the best solution.


Exchanges & Discounts

Exchanges: We recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a faster experience

Discounts: Any original discount applied will be honoured in case of an exchange


Final Notes

We take product safety and quality seriously.
For this reason, we may not accept returns of items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
