Processing & refunds
Returns are typically processed within 3–6 business days after arriving at our warehouse. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. If your refund hasn't appeared after that, check your original payment date or reach out — we're happy to help.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrived damaged or develops a fault, please report it within the warranty period. Send an email to hello@headfirsthelmets.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a solution.
Exchanges
