About the role
At headfirst, we're building helmets people actually want to wear. No mushroom look, no fiddly dials. Just clean design, smart technology and a fit that feels made for your head. We're entering an exciting growth phase where online marketing plays a central role, and we're looking for someone who wants to combine marketing, events, socials and operations. Pretty all-round, but in our experience, that's where you learn the most.
What you'll be doing
You'll be fully embedded in the team, from marketing to operations.
- Marketing: Analysing and building international campaigns
- Website: Making updates, adjusting copy and images, and supporting e-commerce optimisation
- Research: Making us smarter and sharper through targeted product and user research. Tracking trends, audiences, competitors and gathering market data
- Customer care: Helping our clients with their orders and questions
- Operations: Setting up a feedback loop based on customer support insights
- Ads & creatives: Designing visuals in Canva or Figma, running A/B tests
- Social support: Creating, editing, scheduling and analysing content and posts
In short: you'll help us grow from startup to category challenger. You'll see your work out in the world.
What we're looking for
- You're studying marketing, communications, media, creative business or something similar
- You like creating and thinking smart, not corporate jargon
- You write clearly and quickly
- You're curious, self-driven and not afraid to make mistakes (or fix them)
- You have an interest in design, sustainability and innovation
- Bonus: experience with Canva/Figma, TikTok, photo/video, social ads
