Frequently asked questions
Whether you just unboxed your new Echo Pro or you’re still deciding which color looks best — you’re in the right place. Here you’ll find clear answers about fit, safety, care, shipping, and everything else you need to know before (and after) you ride.
Echo Pro
What makes the Echo Pro special?
Echo Pro combines smart design with real protection. It features our patented SafeFit system, a motion-sensing brake light, and a multi-impact EPP core that keeps protecting after everyday knocks. Lightweight, durable, and designed to look as good as it feels.
What is it made from?
A tough ABS shell with 15% recycled content, a multi-impact EPP core, and straps made from 100% recycled PET. The magnetic buckle makes it quick and easy to clip with one hand, even when you’re on the move.
What activities is it certified for?
The Echo Pro is certified for cycling, skating, and e-scootering. It meets EN1078 (EU), CPSC (US) and ASTM (multi-impact) standards.
What sizes does it come in?
Two adaptive sizes cover almost every head:
- Small: 50–56 cm
- Large: 56–61.5 cm
Our SafeFit system automatically adjusts to your head shape for the perfect fit — no dials, no pressure points, no fuss.
What colors are available?
The Echo Pro comes in three matte finishes: Green, Beige, and Black. All minimalist. All stylish.
How do I measure my head?
Use a soft measuring tape 1 cm above your eyebrows around the widest part of your head. It should be snug, not tight.
If you’re between sizes (for example, 56–57 cm), choose based on your preference — smaller for a snug fit, larger for more room.

Features
What is SafeFit?
SafeFit is our patented (pending) fit system that automatically adapts to your head shape. Just push the helmet on and it fits perfectly — no dials, no fiddling, no pressure points.
How does SafeFit work?
Inside the helmet, an adaptive inner frame flexes around your head for an even, secure fit. To take it off, simply press the two thumb-release buttons. Easy on, easy off.
Why is SafeFit safer than traditional systems?
Traditional dial systems sit on the outside of the helmet, where they can break or even press into the back of your head during an impact. SafeFit is fully integrated inside the shell. Protected, streamlined, and built to absorb shocks safely. It distributes pressure evenly and keeps the helmet stable, offering up to twice the rear-head protection of conventional systems. Unlike plastic dial systems that can loosen or create pressure spots, SafeFit distributes pressure evenly and keeps the helmet stable during impact.
Tests show up to twice the rear-head protection compared to conventional helmets.
Does SafeFit fit kids too?
Yes. SafeFit adapts to growing heads just as easily. One push and it adjusts instantly — meaning less time adjusting straps and more time riding safely.
How does the motion sensing brake light works
A motion sensor inside the helmet detects when you slow down and automatically triggers a bright red brake light. No buttons, no apps, no forgetting.
Is the light visible in daylight?
Yes. The helmets light is bright enough to stay visible in daylight and city traffic.
How long does the battery last?
8 up to 10 hours on a single charge. It recharges in about 1 hour using a USB-C cable.
Is the brake light waterproof?
Yes. Rain, mist, or fog — the light keeps working whatever the weather.
What makes your helmets durable?
Our ABS outer shell is built for daily use, while the EPP core absorbs multiple small impacts without losing protection. That means fewer replacements, less waste, and more peace of mind.
Is it sustainable?
Yes. The helmet is made with a partially recycled ABS shell, recycled PET straps, and water-based paint. We design for long-term use, because sustainability should be part of the ride.
Care & Cleaning
How do I clean my helmet?
Wipe the outer shell with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. Remove the inner pads and hand-wash them in lukewarm water with gentle detergent. Let them air-dry completely before putting them back in. Avoid solvents, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners — they can damage the finish and weaken the materials.
Can I replace the inner padding?
Yes. All pads are removable and replaceable. Each Echo Pro comes with an extra thin rear pad for a slightly tighter fit when needed. The standard padding can also be swapped for our winter liner, which adds warmth without affecting the fit or ventilation — perfect for cold-weather rides.
How should I store my helmet?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources (like car dashboards or radiators). Extreme temperatures can distort the shell or reduce the foam’s protective performance.
Can I repaint or sticker my helmet?
No we don't recommend to this.
How long will my helmet last?
With normal use and proper care, the Echo Pro should last up to 5 years. Replace it sooner if it experiences a major impact, shows visible cracks, or if the materials feel brittle or degraded.
Can I put the helmet in the dishwasher or washing machine?
Absolutely not. High heat and strong detergents can warp the shell, degrade the padding, and ruin the adhesives. Always clean it by hand.
