How to fit your helmet

A perfectly fitted helmet is safer, more comfortable and stays securely in place.

Step 1:  Adjust your SafeFit

SafeFit® adapts to the shape of your head for a secure, even fit without pressure points.

01: Open and put it on

Press both side buttons to widen the helmet, then place it on your head. The helmet opens wider than you might expect, making it easy to put on.

02: Find your perfect fit

If the helmet feels too loose, gently push the sides inward until it feels snug and secure. If it feels too tight, press both buttons to release the fit slightly. Adjust until the helmet feels comfortable without creating pressure points.

03: Take it off

Press both buttons to release the fit before removing the helmet. Once you've found your ideal setting, you can also take it off without readjusting.

Step 2: Choose the right padding

Your helmet comes with two sets of padding.

The thin padding is fitted as standard and suits most riders.

If the helmet still feels loose after adjusting SafeFit®, swap in the thick padding for a closer fit.

Step 3 - Adjust the chin strap

Buckle the magnetic clasp and tighten the straps. You should be able to fit one or two fingers comfortably between the strap and your chin.

Step 4: Secure the buckle

Fasten the Fidlock® magnetic buckle by bringing both parts together. The magnets guide the buckle into place automatically.

To open it, simply slide the buckle sideways.

Step 5: Turn on brake light

Before you ride, switch on your integrated brake light.

Press and hold the power button. The light brightens automatically when you slow down.

Recharge via USB-C.

Step 6: Position your helmet

Wear it level, about two fingers above your eyebrows, not tilted back. The straps should form a “V” just below your ears.
